Unless special arrangements are made in advance, based upon a complete treatment plan, the policy is payment in full at the time of service. (Again, as to insurance: You can expect your insurance company to reimburse you, based on your contract with them. We are out of the loop.) We will, ideally, provide a comprehensive plan, including estimated costs, before any non-emergency work is done. |
